Each month you'll receive two strategy calls, roughly every other week. During the first call, we'll create the plan for what system we're going to focus on during that particular month. After the call, we will then take the plan we created and parse it out into the action items for each party, taking care to leverage what resources you have internally on your team, where relevant and appropriate, and assign them out to the stakeholders to perform.
