Seeing What's Been Shaping Your Life
The Forum Schedule
The Forum takes place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day. You’ll have breaks every 2.5 to 3 hours, including a 90-minute mid-day break.
On Tuesday evening, there is a final completion and graduation session from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., where colleagues, friends, and family are welcome.
How the Forum Works
Participants are oriented to the structure of the Forum and how to engage in a way that produces meaningful results. The flow of the days is introduced, along with practical guidance for participating fully and effectively.
How You’ve Been Listening and Interpreting
Attention turns to the often-invisible ways we listen to ourselves, others, and circumstances. Participants begin to see how long-held assumptions and interpretations influence what they notice, what they expect, and how they respond.
The Limits You Didn’t Know Were There
As these patterns become visible, many people recognize how they’ve unknowingly constrained their own options. What once felt fixed or “just the way it is” starts to be seen as something that can be re-examined.

What happens during the Forum?
The Landmark Forum is a three-day immersive experience designed to support personal reflection, focused learning, and breakthrough thinking. Led by a highly experienced Forum Leader, it invites you to explore new possibilities for your life.
You listen, reflect, and share if you choose. You leave with practical insights you can apply immediately — in relationships, work, and everyday decisions.
Do I have to speak or share personal information?
No. You’re always in choice about how you participate. While many people find value in sharing, there is no requirement to disclose personal details. You engage in the way that feels right for you.
Is the Landmark Forum religious or political?
No. The Landmark Forum is not affiliated with any religion or political ideology. Participants of all beliefs and perspectives are welcome.
The program focuses on practical insights and conversations about everyday life.
What are the hours of the Landmark Forum?

What if I can’t attend the full weekend?
Because the Landmark Forum is designed as a complete three-day experience, full attendance is required to participate. If something unexpected comes up, you can reschedule to a future date for a $35 transfer fee.
Should I do the Forum online or in person?
Both formats deliver the same complete Landmark Forum experience with the same Forum Leader, the same content, and the same schedule. The in-person format takes place in cities around the world, while the online format runs live over Zoom. Many people choose based on what fits their schedule and location. There's no wrong choice — what matters most is that you show up and participate fully. You'll select your preferred format after registering.
Do you offer payment plans or a buy now, pay later option?
Yes. When you register, you can choose to pay in full or split into two payments.
