I’d tell someone thinking of moving to Ontraport to do it NOW before they’re too deep in Infusionsoft. I’d also tell them that Infusionsoft is super glitchy, their support is terrible, and they shouldn’t put the trust of their business in the hands of Infusionsoft/Keap… I did, and it cost me tens of thousands in lost funds due to issues and things not working correctly.

The most painful things about Infusionsoft was it glitching out on me and not doing what it was supposed to do. Consistently the technical support was insufficient to fix my issues and took forever to resolve. More often than not, I determined that I understood the app better than the person that was supposed to be helping me. Emails didn’t send. Campaigns didn’t work properly. Failed payment handling was a nightmare… not to mention the system itself is confusing and difficult to navigate and NOT user-friendly.
The biggest hesitation is simply the fact that I had SO MUCH info in InfusionSoft that it was overwhelming to think about transferring it all over. It also took me awhile to realize that InfusionSoft was really that bad. There’s a lot of data stored in a CRM and the thought of moving it to a new system felt like a headache that I’d never have time to do myself. I usually felt like I had bigger fish to fry and a project like that was simply too daunting. But I soon realized that with how much money I was likely losing from InfusionSoft issues I couldn’t afford not to get out.

The campaign builder is SO much better than Infusionsoft/Keap, much more robust and makes more sense.
Everything about [Ontraport] is really just simpler and more straightforward, yet it still does all the things Infusionsoft did.
I also REALLY like that I can custom build very nice looking order forms which you couldn’t do in Infusionsoft.
My whole team is really happy with the change.
